Customer Support Policy change for Hummingbird Connectivity Products.

  • Discontinuation Notice for Hummingbird Version 10 Products

    Effective July 1, 2008, Hummingbird has discontinued support for version 10 software products. There will be no further product development, enhancements, sales and support for version 10 software after June 30, 2008.

    The latest Support Lifecycle below outlines the product support availability. This Lifecycle Policy has been created to assist you in understanding the various support levels available for the Hummingbird product releases.

  • Effective August 1, 2007, Hummingbird Connectivity discontinued support for version 4.5 and lower of Exceed onDemand®:

    On February 1st, 2007, Hummingbird Connectivity announced the release of Exceed onDemand 6 ? a remote X application access solution designed for Microsoft Windows and Linux desktop users.

    For customers who currently have a valid maintenance contract for Exceed onDemand 4.5 that terminates after July 31, 2007, Hummingbird Connectivity will provide you with support for this version, and should they still be in use, until the expiration of the contract.

    For customers who have a valid maintenance contract that terminates after April 1st 2007, and who are still using Connectivity version 9.0, Hummingbird Connectivity will provide support for this version until your maintenance period expires.
