Problem:

In the past, all that was needed is to select the product for download and then fill out a request form. Now, it is prompting for an email address and password. What email address and password should you use and where do you select the product to download?

Solution:

The first time you connect to the Download and Resource Center http://connectivity.hummingbird.com/products/nc/resources.html, you will need to register, click on "Register here" to the right of the Password dialog box.

Next, enter your Contact Info, Company Info, Address Info, and select your choice of Hummingbird material you would like to subscribe to.

Please be sure to enter your correct email address in the Account Details section of this page. It is your choice of password you wish to enter in the "Password" and "Re-enter" dialog boxes. Please do not forget it.

Next, click on the "Create My Account" button in the bottom right corner of the window. This will take you back to the "Download and Resource Center" page, on this page you will enter your email address and password from the previous form and then click on Login.

Now, you can select what product you wish to download.

Lastly, an email will be sent to the email address you previously provided with a link to the download site.
