Where are the "User Files" on Windows Vista?

PROBLEM:
When installing Exceed or HostExplorer on Windows Vista operating system, where are the User Files?
SOLUTION:
The location of the user files depends on the type of installation; per-user or shared user.
In a default installation, the location of the user files are as follows:
Per-user:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Hummingbird\Connectivity\12.00
Shared user:
C:\ProgramData\Hummingbird\Connectivity\12.00
