Accessing Windows Start Menu from Terminal Server Client/Exceed Full Screen
DISCUSSION How to access the Start button running Exceed via the Terminal Server Client and Exceed is set for Single Window mode and full screen enabled?

RESOLUTION If you use the Ctrl+Esc, the local computer interprets the key sequence. When connecting via the Terminal Server Client you need to use ALT+ HOME in order to open the Start menu. Here is a list of the alternate hotkeys when using the Terminal Server Client:

ALT+PGUP = ALT+TAB
Brings up application selector; selection moves to the right.

ALT+PGDN = ALT+SHIFT+TAB
Brings up application selector; selection moves to the left.

ALT+INSERT = ALT+ESC
Swaps between running applications.

ALT+DEL = ALT+SPACE
Right-clicks the running application's taskbar button.

CTRL+ALT+END = CTRL+ALT+DEL
Brings up the Windows NT Security window.

CTRL+ALT+BREAK
Toggles the client screen between full-screen mode and windowed mode.
