SOLUTION:

Here are the steps necessary to publish an Xstart settings profile.

1. Go to Start > Programs > Hummingbird Connectivity Ver# > Exceed - select Xstart.
2. Create an Xstart session profile.
3. In Citrix Metaframe use the below command to publish the ".xs" Xstart profile:

   "\<path>\xstart.exe" "\<path>\<.xs file>"

For Example:

"C:\Program Files\Hummingbird\Connectivity\9.00\Exceed\xstart.exe" "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Hummingbird\Connectivity\9.00\Exceed\xstartfilename.xs"

NOTE: The location of the ".xs" file must be accessible by all users who will be using the published profile.
