VERSION: This applies to Exceed onDemand version 6.0

PROBLEM:

When you install an Exceed onDemand client patch, it uninstalls older versions of the client. Is there a way to prevent this?

SOLUTION:

When running the client executable, add the flags ALLOWCOEXIST=1 and DISABLEMIGRATION=1 to the command line. This will install the update and leave older versions of the client installed.

e.g. EoD-Client-6.0.6.exe ALLOWCOEXIST=1 DISABLEMIGRATION=1

Note: Exceed onDemand v4.5 and older of the client will be uninstalled regardless.
