VERSION: This applies to Exceed versions 2006, 2007
DISCUSSION:
You can override an Xconfig setting via the command line by using the "-c" parameter.
To determine the setting value you wish to change, view the Exceed.xcfg file in a text editor (i. e. Notepad).
The format would be as follows:
Exceed.exe -c category.option=value
- Where category represents the Xconfig category in which the option resides.
- Where option is the Xconfig setting you wish to change.
- Where value can either be an integer or string.
For instance:
Exceed.exe -c CommonSettings.CloseWarn=0 will disable the warning dialog box when you close Exceed.
