PROBLEM:

Unable to paste text into local Windows desktop applications from Citrix Presentation Manager 4.0 session running Exceed.

When selecting text from an xterm window in a Citrix Presentation Manager 4.0 session and then trying to paste it into a local Windows desktop application, pasting fails.

Copying and pasting inside the Citrix session between xterm and Windows applications works fine.

SOLUTION:

In order to resolve this issue, you need to do the follow:

1. Run Xconfig.
2. Go to Copy and Paste, and X Selection.
3. Deselect the option for Copy On Focus Loss.
4. Apply changes.

Copying and Pasting between local Windows desktop applications and Citrix Presentation Manager 4.0 should work now.
