VERSION: This applies to Exceed version 10.0
PROBLEM:
After a person disconnects from the Windows Terminal Server, how long before the display becomes available for a new user?
SOLUTION:
Edit the Display Manager.ini file in in Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Hummingbird\Connectivity\10\Global\Exceed:
Display Sync Interval = 0
By default 0 means no automated synchronization is arranged.
When it is set to 1, it means each time before a new display number is to be assigned, the Controller synchronizes its internal data with display numbers used in the real world. However, as a result, the response time of the Controller service will increase.
If it is set to N ( N = 2, 3, 4, ... ), the Controller will synchronize itself after N display numbers has been assigned, repeatedly.
For example:
Display Sync Interval = 5
After 5 displays has been assigned the Controller service will synchronize, and any released displays will now be available.
