Exceed User setup stops working on TSE
DISCUSSION:
When a user logs on to the TSE machine first time after Exceed has been configured to install for the users, user does not get the Exceed installed automatically. He can install it when running it manually.

SOLUTION
Check to see if the UsrSetup.exe path was defined in the following registry path:

HKLM >> Software >> Microsoft >> WindowsNT >> Current version >> Winlogon.
