Exceed - Installing from the TSE client prevents user installs from completing properly
DISCUSSION:

If Exceed 7.1 is installed from the TSE client the users will not get Exceed when the usrsetup runs. They will get an error in the usrsetup.log file similar to the following.

Warning: Product {CFBD3858-2164-42B0-84A2-576C18C85082}'s Source Database 'C:\WTSRV\Profiles\Administrator\Windows\Installer\20d1caa.msi' does not exist. Searching... Not Found.
FATAL ERROR: A valid Source Database could not be located. Product Installation failed.

RESOLUTION:

The Windows Installer files for Exceed are placed in location where the users don't have access to them. You need to either open the permissions on that directory or move the files a location where the user does have access.

The files that need to be moved are the msi file refered to in the log file and the directory containing the humicon.dll file. You must then add an override. The override is SOURCEDATABASE which must point to the msi file you moved. It must have the full path and file name.
