Citrix's Winframe
Exceed's X server components support NT 3.51. However due to NT 3.51 limitations, the Exceed components: Jconfig, Jconfigd, Xdis and Hummingbird Neighborhood will NOT work. The same applies to the Inetd and Lpr components on a WinFrame installation. Both of them only work at the WinFrame Console.
In order to upgrade Exceed version 6.1.1 to 6.2 on a Winframe Server, you must first copy the Exceeed NT installation files to the Hard drive to be able to modify the install.ins file and remove the following Section:
[WINNT]
Lover=4.0
Once that section has been removed, you can proceed with the installation by running Setup.exe from
the location where you placed the Exceed installation files for Windows NT.
When installing Exceed on a Winframe Server, remember to select only the X Server Related Components.
