Keyboard detection in TSE. Customer has US keyboard attached to TSE machine but client PCs have different keyboards (e.g. German). When it installs, Exceed automatically picks up US keyboard as primary in client PC.

RESOLUTION:

The TSE client can detect the keyboard on the client PC. However, there is no API between Exceed to the TSE client or to the PC. Every process is still running on the server. It is just like TSE client is only displaying the bitmap of Exceed from the server to the client PC. Whatever keyboard Exceed detected on the server, it will use it as the primary keyboard. Therefore, no matter what keyboard you use on the client PC, Exceed would not know. This is functioning as designed.
