Customer has installed Exceed 6.2 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server running Citrix in 'Install' mode - -nothing works properly. Customer has attempted to re-install Exceed properly in 'Execute' mode and still is not able to run Exceed properly.

RESOLUTION:

Remove any Hummingbird entries from the registry key \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\Terminal Server\Install
