Hugh,

My experience has been that any user, other than the user under which
the NFS client software was installed, will have to have its/their
HKCU\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\network\persistent
connectons\ key edited. The 'saveconnections' value must have its data
toggled from 'yes' to 'no', and the process repeated after any permanent
Windows drive mapping. You may also have to delete associated
permanent mappings. You might be able to avoid having to sit at the
machines time after time (assuming you allow users to map drives) by
applying the registry hack via your login or logout script.
