You can go the IBM route and use NetSpool and IPPrintway or go the LRS route
and purchase VPS/DRS and VPS/TCPIP.

The NetSpool and VPS/DRS products handle the LU to JES "conversion". The
IPPrintway and VPS/TCPIP handle the output from the JES spool to the TCP/IP
address (LPR to LPD).

Subject: Mainframe (CICS and RJE) printing via TCP/IP

Is there any user out there who is converting SNA print from applications
such as CICS and JES to TCP/IP printing?
This would require assigning an IP address to a VTAM LU. I understand a
gateway is necessary to perform this function. Does anyone have any
details?
